You can use a mixture of these two ingredients to strengthen your nails. Take few drops of the juice and one tablespoon of the olive oil, mix them thoroughly and rub on your nails. For better results, repeat the procedure twice a weak.
2. Lemon Juice & Salt
Another natural and easy technique to strengthen your nails is using lemon with salt. Combine ¼ teaspoon salt with one tablespoon of lemon juice and apply the combination to your nails using a brush. Now let it stay for 15-20 minutes.
3. Sea Salt Bath
One of the most effective techniques to strengthen your nails is to give your fingernails a sea salt based bath. For this purpose you will need a bowl full of warm water and a tablespoon of sea salt. Pour the sea salt in warm water and submerge your fingers in it for 20 minutes. After that, dry off your hands and use a cold cream. This procedure is usually recommended to be done after ten days.
4. Water
As dehydration is one main reason of brittle and weak nails so drinking plenty of water is a simple technique to strengthen your nails. You should drink at least 2 liters of water every day.
5. Ample Quantity of Vitamins
In your routine diets, an ample quantity of vitamins – such as B-complex, C, A, E, D, calcium, iron, zinc and iodine – is most essential to keep your nails strong and healthy.
